Manal Pelch is Of Counsel with Koegle Law Group, APC. She brings extensive litigation experience across a wide variety of legal areas. Manal’s experience comes from her twelve years in the public sector as in-house counsel for the California Department of Transportation, where she represented the State in multimillion dollar state highway construction project arbitrations, eminent domain acquisitions, and tort defense, among others areas.

Manal is a proud Bruin, she earned her Juris Doctorate from UCLA School of Law, where she served as the Student Bar Association President. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology: Law & Society, cum laude, from UC Irvine.
