Lucas E. Rowe is a partner with Koegle Law Group, APC.
He is a long-time litigator who brings a wide experience to meet his clients needs. He has experience litigating cases involving business, contract, and real estate disputes; harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and whistleblower claims; and negligence, personal injury, and product defect claims.
Beyond his litigation experience, Luke has also drafted franchise agreements, contracts, and purchase agreements of small and mid-sized companies. He has also formed a variety of business entities like LLCs, corporations, and 501c3 non-profit entities. Luke is pragmatic and focused on delivering the best and most economical results for his business clients, regardless of the dispute.
Luke is a former Special Agent with the United States Secret Service and Special Assistant United States Attorney for the Central District of California. He is a graduate of Rochester College with his bachelor’s degree and the University of Toledo College of Law with his Juris Doctor. He has been licensed in California since 2014 and maintains an inactive license in Ohio, where he was licensed in 2009.
