
Renato Romero is an associate with Koegle Law Group, APC. He represents employers and businesses in employment and business litigation, including wage and hour disputes, employment discrimination, and fair employment practice cases.
Mr. Romero brings a distinctive combination of litigation skill, corporate experience, and entrepreneurial perspective that gives him a thorough understanding of the challenges his clients face. Before dedicating his career to legal practice in the United States, he held compliance and leadership roles at DirecTV Latin America, where he focused on quality assurance, international team coordination, and regulatory reporting. As a former business owner, he also understands firsthand the operational, financial, and personnel demands companies navigate every day.
Originally trained as an attorney in Peru, Mr. Romero served as an advisor to Justices of the Peruvian Supreme Court. He went on to earn his LL.M. from the University of Southern California and later practiced immigration law in the United States, representing individuals and families in complex federal matters. Each stage of his career has deepened his litigation skills and sharpened his advocacy on behalf of clients.
Mr. Romero has also served as a Spanish professor at College of the Canyons since 2005, reflecting his commitment to education, communication, and community engagement.
