Zachary Cavanagh serves as “Of Counsel” for Koegle Law Group, APC, where he provides strategic counsel to employers in complex workplace disputes. His practice covers all areas of employment litigation, including discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour matters. Zachary draws on his dual-side litigation background to deliver efficient, results-driven advocacy.

His leadership and case management experience give him a comprehensive perspective that enhances his effectiveness in resolving disputes. While at Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law, he earned Certificates of Excellence in Negotiation and Mediation and competed internationally in negotiation and mediation competitions.

Outside of his legal practice, Zachary is a devoted husband and father of two, values that shape his practical and principled approach to advocacy. He earned his Juris Doctor from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law in 2020 and his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from California Polytechnic University, Pomona in 2017.
